Payment terms
✦ Invoice will be sent once split is completed and proceeds
✧ Stated if PAYO or at least DP
✧ For onhand items, DP and reservations are allowed within the given deadline
* Otherwise, the item/s may be bought by others again✦ Remaining balance and ISF
✧ For Shop Shirizu splits, must be paid within 7 days upon arrival notice
✧ For others, must be paid within the given deadline✦ Refunds and cancellations not allowed once items are secured✦ Splits cancelled if items are sold
✧ Full refund if payment was sent✦ Late payments, especially without advanced notice, will be subject to a late payment fee
✧ For splits with Shop Shirizu, you may also be banned from their shop and your item will be sold
✧ I will also be selling the item if the rembal isn't paid within 1 month with non-refundable downpayment
✧ Fees:
* 1-3 days: 20 PHP
* 4-7 days: 50 PHP
* 8-14 days: 80 PHP
* 15-30 days: 100 PHP
Split Process
✦ Updates and photos will be sent on:
✧ Item checkout
✧ JP address arrival
✧ PH address arrival
✦ Possible delays in arrival, will inform if so
✦ Holds/Pa-Keep allowed for up to 4 months
✧ Long duration since I won't host much splits (para sulit sf)
Item Condition
✦ As Mercari, Suruga-ya, and some other sites are for second-hand items, please note that minor flaws may be present for splits from them
Feedback and Proofs
✦ For validation purposes, I will be posting screenshots of transactions and feedbacks from co-splitters
✧ Names, receipts, and profile pics will be censored for privacy
Shipping
✦ MOD: JnT, LBC, and Lalamove
✧ Open to other couriers, please ask first✦ LSF handled by co-splitters✦ Only fully paid items can be shipped✦ In the case of issues during shipment, I won't be liable for any damage or loss
✧ Though I can help look for your items and communicate with the courier with you✦ If the split is through Shop Shirizu, split shipping is allowed
✧ Please let Shop Shiruzu know if you'd like to have your items shipped to you directly
✧ In the same way, please let me know if you'd like the items shipped on-hand to me✦ Also open to meet-ups in conventions/events
